1. Acceptance of conditions
The completion of an order through the website www.isde1985.com is considered done freely and implies full and unconditional acceptance by the customer of these general conditions of sale.
2. Price
The published price is expressed in euros and include VAT and valid except typo or while stocks last. Racing Service -Sports & Designs- reserves the right to modify the commercial terms at any time without prior notice to the customer. If you need an invoice you must communicate by e-mail within the delivery indicating their personal and business data seven days.
The order confirmation sent by Racing Service -Sports & Designs- is not valid as an invoice, just as proof of purchase.
3. Payment
The book/s will be paid in advance by bank / wire transfer, credit / debit card or by Paypal account.

If selected as payment bank transfer, you will receive with your order confirmation email where the account number where you make the bank transfer are included. It is very important to indicate the personal data of the buyer.
No order shall be deemed effective until bank confirmation of the transfer is received. All possible bank exchange fees and will be paid by the client who selected this payment system.

4. Delivery
Usually the delivery time ranges from 5 to 15 days. If due to lack of stock or manufacturing problems, the delivery of an article may be superior, Racing Service -Sports & Designs- shall notify the buyer by e-mail or phone. In case of no response from the buyer, the accepted terms means and therefore the shipment of the order will be made. In no event it shall impute to Racing Service -Sports & Designs- any delay, since it is subject to third-party intervention.
5. Returns
Returns for damaged shipping will be accepted, within 7 calendar days of receipt. To accept a return, the customer should have the book at the time of reception and in case of damage be mentioned in the document’s delivery. No refund or claim for packages whose seal has been opened will be accepted. The return postage arising from the return should be paid by the customer.
6. Change
The book must be returned to sender, with paid shipping within a maximum period of 7 calendar days from the receipt date. No refund or any claim will be accepted for packages whose seal has been opened.
